Terms and Standards

If you see a rule-breaker, tell them kindly that theyre breaking a rule, if they continue to break the rule, report them immediately, failure to do so will result in 1-day mute, them leaving before you can report them is an exception.

Bullying can be split into 2 parts, Minor and Major.

Minor

Minor bullying can be shown as: Bullying  has just started, mini-mean things said, overall something victim can deal with themselves, normally takes punishment of 1 hour ban, or mute for 6 hours.

Major

Major bullying can be shown as: bullying lasts for minimally 2 months, horrible words said, scamming, something that would classify as "victim emotional episode", normally takes punishment of a week ban and/or inventory (common-epic) reset.

All types of scamming, common, uncommon, rare, epic legendary, will result in inventory wipe of the rarity of the item they stole from  (ex. Wooden stick (Common) → all commons deleted from inventory)

Sexually Assaulting  (Harassing, Grooming  etc.) a minor is an illegal practice  (in all countries) and will be punished by a universal reset (i.e. complete deletion of all progress in any Casnoy Studios Game) and a universal Perma-ban (i.e. as banned permanently across every Casnoy Studios Game). and we will provide any evidence that we have  to help the case.

Conditions for Profanity

• Turn off your roblox microphone

• Do not say it in front of Minors  (-9)

• You can say the permitted profanity in other speech apps (discord, whatsapp, etc.)

Permitted profanity:

• Heck, Hell

• Frick

• Crap

Failure to follow these restriction shall result in 1 week ban.

Any type of spam will be greeted with 1-day mute.

Organizing a bot raid to spam or promote malicious websites (Refer to Section 2) will be greeted with 30-day ban.

Talking about politics (specifically saying  "Favortism" type of speech) will be greeted with 1 hour mute or a 1 hour ban.

Spreading rumors about a player being a rulebreaker usually gets a  3-day mute, except for Section 3, they get a  perma-ban.

Any Impersination (excluding cosplays) and/or impersination of impersinated individual's behavior (specifically to damage their reputation) will result in 7-day ban, and impersinated individual shall be informed.

Saying slurs and  being completly and openly racist willbe automatically punished with a perma-ban.

Finding loopholes and abusing them for profit is a wrong-doing punished with a perma-ban, if you find a loophole, report it to "Casnoy Studios Support Form", Failure to do so will result in 1-day mute/ban.

Casnoy Studios is not responsible if rule breaker is said to break on-platform rules (Roblox, etc.) rather you should try to report the rule breaker to the platform, suing us for this reason is pointless (except if we were too neglectful to care (except if we were too busy) ), and if you sue us for this reason,  you will get a perma ban with no sign of appeal, except if you show our staff members were too negligent, then the staff member(s) would get the punishment.

If you know someone  who doesn't care enough to read these rules, tell them to read the TaS, because if someone tries to use "them not reading the TaS" as an excuse or argument in court, that'll most likely not get valid because of this rule, thats  why we highly obligate our players to read these rules, and if action persists, then they'll get perma-banned.

Cansy (and staff members authorized and supervised by Cansy to change the TaS) reserves the right to change the TaS, any arguments (except reasonable ones) will be met with 1-week mute.

Casnoy Studios strîkes groups whos elements that were copied from copyrighted C.S. content (except if portected under fair use law), do not steal our content, especially if it is copyrighted, failure to comply will result in a perma-ban/permanent pre-ban.

[Refer to Section 8]   False-reporting  i.e. reporting someone for something they didn't do, will have 1-month ban and for [Section 3],  will obtain a complete reset with a perma-ban.

Running Scripts, Hacking, or anything cheat-related (ex. Bug abusing, Flying, Speed Walking, etc.) will be automatically punished with a 30-day ban.

If we send  you (in this example, a popular content creator) a sponsership, and you do the sponsership, here are some rules:

• Do it in the best quality  you have (4K, 1080p, 720p, 480p).

• Follow the other rules on the T.a.S..

• Make it 20+ seconds long (optional)

• Say a good review about the game.

• Let us see the final cut of the vedio.

If you fail at following  these rules without  a valid excuse  then we will pay down to 25% of what we agreed  on.
